控制器:
哈特设计的独一无二的控制技术能够给出±0.0001℃的温度稳定性,没有其它的控制器能够达到这样高的水平。每个恒温槽都有8个最常用的温度设置点以便可以迅速地完成对恒温槽的设置。恒温槽设置点的超高分辨力可以达到小数点后5位的高精度。高稳定的铂电阻PRT或其他温度传感器分别用来实现对恒温槽的温度控制和自动保护功能。采用比例积分控制功能来控制供给恒温槽加热器的功率,精密的工厂调试几乎消除了过冲的影响,使得恒温槽能够在达到温度设定点之后10到15分钟之内就达到其最高的温度稳定性。
维护:
所有哈特公司生产的恒温槽都满足欧洲CE标准的最严格的电气和安全的要求。搅拌马达经久耐用,也没有需要经常清理堵塞物或修理的油泵。所以哈特的恒温槽易于维护,易于清理。
